On March 23, 2019 at the AWSC 50th anniversary convention in Green Bay the 3 local grooming clubs and the 3 social clubs of the Tomahawk area were honored to be recognized as representing the Tomahawk area as one of 9 "Snowmobile Friendly Community's" in the state of Wisconsin. It is a great honor to be a part of this great award. We have always bragged about how great our trail system is and how welcoming our hospitality in the area is, and now the AWSC is recognizing this also. We all need to thank our land owners who allow us to use their property for our trails and our great groomer operators who keep the trails in such fantastic shape. All of the club members who help out with brushing and signing are also to be thanked for their part in helping to get this award.

This year you will have a chance to find hidden treasures in the snow

We will be hiding boxes on the trail in the snow with gift certificates from the businesses. Each week clues will be posted in the bars and on our Facebook page. The first clue is in the bars on Feb 3. It will be on facebook the following week. Clues will be in the bars on Wednesday of each week and the following week on facebook. Get out and keep track of clues to find the hidden treasure. It is worth $ 50 in gift certificates from the establishments.

Harshaw Wanderers snow mobile club presented our club a check for $1500

The Harshaw Wanderers snowmobile club presented the Northern Trails Unlimited Inc. president Steve Moran and treasurer Nancy Moran with a check for $1500. We want to give a big shout out and thank you to their club for continued support.
